Hartberg Supports Blood Donation Campaign and Rewards Donors

The TSV Hartberg and the Red Cross Styria invite you to a blood donation campaign on Thursday, June 25, in the VIP club of the Profertil Arena. Every donation is a hit - that's the motto of the campaign. As a thank you, all donors will receive a voucher for a ticket to a TSV Hartberg home game in the 2026/2027 Bundesliga season.

What happens at the blood donation campaign?

The blood donation itself is uncomplicated and only takes a few minutes. It takes place in a special environment: in the middle of the TSV Hartberg stadium, a strong sign of solidarity is set during a short break.

Why is blood donation so important?

In the summer months, the blood supply faces special challenges: heat and vacation time lead to fewer people donating blood, while the demand in hospitals remains unchanged. That's why blood donations are so important. Because blood cannot be artificially produced and is needed daily - for example, after accidents, during operations or in cancer therapy.

Roland Puchas, deputy chairman of TSV Hartberg, emphasizes the importance of the campaign: „We are happy to support this important campaign and see ourselves as a football club with a lot of attention in the responsibility to be socially engaged.
